With twenty years of software experience, Ms. Petsche, a Six Sigma Black Belt, is considered one of the world’s experts in enterprise implementation methodology.
After receiving her Doctorate from Princeton, Ms. Petsche started her career as Head of Software Simulations at ExxonMobil. While there, she led a team of engineers to develop and implement real time dynamic simulators for chemical plants and refineries.
After ExxonMobil., she moved on to Dendrite International, a 500 million dollar sales force automation software company, where for the past six years she acted as Director of Project Management. In that role, Irena developed global project management processes and led successful, enterprise-wide implementations at Abbott, Altana, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, Sankyo, Sanofi-Aventis, and Solvay.
At Heartbeat Irena is in charge of managing and deploying enterprise-wide rollouts of Heartbeat products and services.
