Advanced Search Functionality - Our proprietary upload and tagging functionality automatically tags all document content, so that content administrators or sales people can search specifically on a document’s title, key words, location, or within the actual content of the document itself.
Presentation Assembly - Sales people can either download entire presentations or assemble custom presentations on the fly with our unique slide by slide presentation assembling tools.
Workflow and Approval - We understand the intense content approval process required for our customers. Our easy-to-use workflow and approval interface enables multiple groups within your organization to share, review and approve content from anywhere in the world.
Permission Based - Because of the highly confidential nature of sales content, we designed our solutions with a complex permission system so users have only access to content that they should be viewing.
Keep Your Data Up to Date - Presentations are composed of content from a plethora of sources. Countless hours are wasted cutting, pasting and re-using content to create presentation documents. With Heartbeat’s Data Drivers, you can compile data from a host of sources including charts, market data feeds, PDF documents and Excel spreadsheets -- ensuring that your content is always up to date and consistent.
Content Locking and Editing - In today’s highly regulated corporate environment we understand the importance of ensuring compliance. That’s why we created our proprietary content locking functionality, offering administrators the ability to lock parts of individual slides or entire slides.
Slide Ordering and Delivery - Slide content can be downloaded, emailed or ordered as 35mm slides. Our system then applies a tracking number and/or expiration dates so that a slide’s location and history can be carefully monitored.
Control Branding - Our permission based templating feature provides the user with access to only their department’s approved templates and then ensures those templates are applied to presentations before they can be downloaded.
